1.1. This Cookie Policy explains how SABAI ECOVERSE PTE. LTD., UEN 202346091R, operating under the "Sabai Protocol" brand (the "Company", "we", "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on the website https://sabaiprotocol.com and its language versions (the "Website").

1.2. This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy published at https://sabaiprotocol.com/privacy-policy, which explains how we process personal data and what rights you have.

2. WHAT COOKIES ARE

2.1. Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage in the browser and scripts or pixels that collect information about your visit. In this Policy, all of them are called "cookies".

2.2. Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies remain for the period stated for each of them or until you delete them. First-party cookies are set by the Website; third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services are used on the Website.

3. COOKIES WE USE

3.1. Strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are needed for the Website to work and to be protected, and they cannot be switched off in our systems. They do not require your consent:

(a) NEXT_LOCALE — set by the Website; remembers the language version you selected; session cookie.

(b) __cf_bm — set by Cloudflare; distinguishes people from automated traffic (bots) to protect the Website; 30 minutes.

(c) cf_clearance — set by Cloudflare; confirms that your browser has passed a security check, so that the check is not repeated on every page; for the period set in our security settings.

(d) _cfuvid and other Cloudflare security cookies — set by Cloudflare where needed to limit excessive or abusive requests; usually for the session.

3.2. Traffic statistics without cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregated information about visits, such as the number of page views, the countries of visitors and the loading speed of pages. This service does not place cookies in your browser and is not used to identify you.

3.3. Google Tag Manager. The Website loads Google Tag Manager, a tool that allows us to manage scripts on the Website. Google Tag Manager itself does not place cookies, but when it loads, your browser connects to Google servers and your IP address is transmitted to Google. At the effective date of this Policy, no analytics or advertising tools are active through Google Tag Manager.

3.4. Analytics and marketing cookies. At the effective date of this Policy, we do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies. If we decide to use them, we will add them to this Policy before they are used and will place them only after you have given your consent.

4. YOUR CHOICES

4.1. Before we use any cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent through a cookie banner. You will be able to accept or reject such cookies and to change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of each page of the Website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of use before withdrawal.

4.2. You can also block or delete cookies in the settings of your browser (for example, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari or Microsoft Edge). If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the Website, including security checks, may not work properly.

5. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

5.1. The Website contains links to our pages on social networks and to other websites. When you follow such a link, the other website may place its own cookies. We do not control those cookies; please read the cookie and privacy policies of those websites.
